We hesitate to brag about our sauce, but honesty dictates that we tell you it’s unchanged over the years, widely imitated and never duplicated, and shipped by request all over the United States. Used sparingly or generously, it adds the crowning touch to the wonderful barbecued meats at Dink’s.
Utilizing over thirty years of experience, we cook quality meats every day over a hickory wood fire in the same seasoned outdoor pit we've been using for over thirty years. (We use hundreds of ricks of wood each year...a renewable energy source.) The cooking is slow so that the meat takes on the flavor of the hickory and the juices that are part of the unique process.
